Hi ..We have jsut been made aware of the BIA organization ..Is there a discussion of costs on website here in terms of what a business will need to contribute.
Hi Paul,
Ultimately, the cost for individual property and business owners is set by the Board of the BIA after it is established, based upon the budget which the Board sets. The Board is elected by the BIA members. The steering committee came up with a draft budget estimate for discussion purposes and, based on the property assessments in the proposed BIA area, the assessment would be between $0.03 and $0.05 per square foot.
